Here’s a new foreclosure listing in Salida that’s a great deal (in my opinion at least!) – 3 bedroom, 1 bath home on Angelview Circle, borders the new bike path and soccer fields.  Overall the house is in pretty good shape, but it does need some work – no landscaping to speak of, could use some new flooring and paint and it lacks a refridgerator.  The lender has said they won’t consider offers for 7 days for buyers who plan to use it as their primary residence, or 12 days for buyers using it as an investment property.  So they’ll probably start looking at offers around July 19th or so.  I’d expect this house to have multiple offers by then…after all there’s a reason you don’t just find $20 bills laying on the street everyday.
