Cochetopa Estates is a small subdivsion on the West side of Salida, close enough to walk to downtown. It’s a nice neighborhood, homes are mostly stucco with tile roofs and sell for $275,000 +. There are also several condos/duplexes that sell for around $200,000; vacant lots range from $85,000 – $99,000. The main (and only) street is Silver Spruce drive.
