Little River Ranch is a fairly large subdivision just outside of Poncha Springs, CO (5 miles from Salida) along the South Arkansas river. Lot sizes range from .2 acres to 1+ acres, many lots have river frontage and the subdivision retained a large amount of the river frontage along the South Arkansas river as open space – so all residents of LRR have access to fish or just enjoy the river frontage through much of the neighborhood.
